Glock G42 - Ultimate Reliability Meets Concealed Carry
Blaine Chapman
The term "Baby Glock" is about to be redefined with the new G42 taking the stage as the smallest in Glock's legendary lineup.
Originally criticized for being .380 and not 9mm, the G42 quickly won over its critics (myself included) with how comfortable it is to shoot, its accuracy, and trigger. Of course, Glock's reliability is also another positive factor for it. The lack of a rail and finger grooves are a welcome return to the 2nd generation design. The G42 is quite comfortable to hold and with the generation 4 grip texture, it feels very stable. The magazine holds 6 rounds, and knowing how Glock's aftermarket works, we would see extended magazines soon.
