CZ Scorpion EVO 3 S1 Pistol
Grace Strong
Finally available for public consumption is the much anticipated Scorpion sub-gun. Imported as a pistol, it is a blowback-operated semi-auto in 9mm with a short 7¾” barrel.
Whether you're looking for something to shoot in the new USPSA  PCC (pistol caliber carbine) division, or you're considering a new "trunk gun", the CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1 Pistol has a lot to offer.  Originally designed in the late 1950s for Czechoslovakian security forces, it was later improved upon, and is now finally available to the public. The CZ Scorpion pistol is an effective, and instinctual platform that leaves plenty of room for customization.
Arguably, the most user-friendly aspect of the Scorpion Pistol its fully ambidextrous control system. This allows the operator to use any combination of the right and left handed controls that he or she deems most efficient.  However,  the impressive adaptability of this pistol does not end there.
The CZ Scorpion Evo 3 S1  comes fully equipped with an adjustable rear sight featuring four rear aperture sizes, four sling attachment points (one front and one rear on each side of the firearm), an adjustable polymer pistol grip (for a customized reach to the trigger), and a standard picatinny rail system for optics and additional accessories. The bolt's non-reciprocating charging handle comes located on the top left side of the receiver and is completely reversible.
